MOSES LAKE, WA. -- Grant County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 13-year-old boy Wednesday after he engaged in a shootout with officers. Deputies were called to the 20,000 block of North Frontage Road Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. where a woman claimed her son was throwing rocks at her car.
