Moses Lake lands the "Chinook"

It was called "Project Chinook", a plan to convince BMW to build a state-of-the-art carbon fiber manufacturing plant in Moses Lake. On Tuesday BMW and SGL Group confirmed Moses Lake had been selected as the site of their new manufacturing plant. KXLY4's McKay Allen reports.
